Arrington Outdoor Advertising (“Arrington,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at https://www.arringtonoutdoor.com (the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
This policy applies to information collected through the Site, by phone, by email, by text message, and in the course of providing our outdoor advertising, digital advertising, and related services. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly. We collect information you voluntarily provide, including when you request a quote, browse our inventory, submit a service request, make a payment, subscribe to our mailing list, schedule a meeting, or contact us. This may include:
- Name, company name, and job title
- Email address, mailing address, and phone number (including mobile number)
- Details about your advertising needs, campaign, or property
- Billing and payment information (payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers)
- Any other information you choose to include in a message to us
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages viewed, links clicked, referring URL, and time spent on the Site
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6)
Information from other sources. We may receive information about you from business partners, publicly available sources, and advertising platforms — for example, when you engage with one of our ads on a social platform.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, health information, precise geolocation, or biometric data.

3. SMS and Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from us, the following applies.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is not shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging service solely for the purpose of delivering the messages you have requested.
How we collect your number. We collect mobile numbers only when you voluntarily provide them — through a form on this Site, over the phone, in person, or in a signed agreement — and only send messages of the type you agreed to receive.
What we send. Messages may include appointment and installation scheduling, artwork proof notifications, service request updates, billing and account notices, and, where you have separately consented, promotional messages about our services.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details in Section 12.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as described below.
Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf — website hosting, email delivery, payment processing, scheduling, analytics, security, and text message delivery. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes.
Advertising and analytics partners. The Site uses analytics and advertising technologies, including social media pixels, that may collect information about your browsing activity across websites. Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) and similar state laws, some of this activity may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” of personal information for targeted advertising. You can opt out of this at any time — see Section 6.
This does not apply to mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data, which are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
Business transfers. If Arrington is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
With your direction. We share information with others when you ask us to.
5. Advertising Creative and Artwork
If you submit artwork, logos, photographs, or other creative materials to us for use on a billboard or digital display, we use those materials to produce, proof, and display your advertising campaign. Campaign creative may appear in our public creative gallery, case studies, or marketing materials unless you tell us otherwise. Contact us if you would like your campaign excluded.
6. Cookies, Tracking, and Your Advertising Choices
We use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and marketing. A detailed list of the cookies and services in use — including their purpose and expiration — is available on our Opt-out preferences page.
You can manage your consent, opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising, and limit the use of sensitive personal information at any time using the controls on that page. You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies, though parts of the Site may not work correctly if you do.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Request a portable copy of your personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising
- Opt out of profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects
- Appeal a denial of any of the above
Texas residents have these rights under the TDPSA. To exercise them, submit a request through our Opt-out preferences page or contact us using the details in Section 12. We may need additional information to verify your identity before processing a request. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to maintain business and financial records, to resolve disputes, and to comply with our legal obligations. Records of SMS consent and opt-out requests are retained for as long as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable messaging regulations.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and website security monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site and our services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes will be announced on this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
